While most of our collaboration happens online, we are part of international projects, so occasional business travel to client sites (within or outside the EU) may be required.
Role & responsibilities
- Working as SAP Architect in our Consulting Department. This role involves both independent work and collaborative efforts within the Consulting Department
- Providing strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business customers, helping to define and design business processes, functions, and organizational structures
- Engaging in projects for SAP TM system implementation and maintenance in logistics
- Overseeing the solutions, configuring system settings, documenting them in the system architecture, and striving for continuous improvement of these solutions
- Working on integration and collaboration with external systems, particularly in warehouse, logistics, and transport solutions
- Supporting pre-sales activities by offering expertise, particularly in integration domains
- Assisting other consultants in addressing their challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches
What is expected of you
- Minimum several years of experience (8 or more) as a functional consultant on various SAP projects, specifically with a warehouse and logistics background (SAP TM, SAP YL. SAP EWM) and a minimum 3 years of experience as SAP Solution Architect or SAP Technical Architect
- Proven track record of successfully implementing multiple projects as an SAP TM Consultant and/or in an SAP Architect or similar role in TM solutions; must be proficient in configuring the SAP TM system
- Ability to design business processes in SAP solutions that align technology with the business needs (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Well-established expertise and experience in system integration matters, example, between SAP S/4HANA TM and other SAP modules as well as third-party systems
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft package, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
- Demonstrated curiosity in exploring new solutions, solving complex technical problems, and validating solutions
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
- A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
- A high level of attention to detail, commitment to standards, and delivery of quality in all tasks and projects; demonstration of exceptional accuracy and precision in their work, ensuring adherence to established standards and consistently delivering high-quality results
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment
- An active Category B driving license
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes if there is a business need (20-30% of the time)
- An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment
Nice to have
- Practical experience in working with SAP GTS and SAP BN4L
- Knowledge of technical frameworks used in SAP modules, such as BOPF, PPF
- Backend integration experience (Proxy, IDOC, RFC, REST)
- Comprehension of one or more business sectors
- Gained official certifications from SAP
