SAP Solution Architect

We are looking for an independent SAP Solution Architect to join our Consulting Department, specializing in transportation and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent self-organization, advisory thinking, and a proactive approach. With extensive experience as a consultant, the SAP Solution Architect should excel in a customer-focused business environment. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share technical expertise are essential.

• Working as SAP Architect in our Consulting Department. This role involves both independent work and collaborative efforts within the Consulting Department
• Providing strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business customers, helping to define and design business processes, functions, and organizational structures
• Engaging in projects for SAP S/4HANA TM system implementation and maintenance in logistics within Poland and the EU
• Overseeing the technical layer of solutions, configuring system settings, documenting them in the system architecture, and striving for continuous improvement of these solutions
• Working on inter-modular integration and collaboration with external systems, particularly in logistics and transport solutions
• Engaging in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant, sharing your expertise in the integration domain with different stakeholders
• Assisting other consultants in addressing their challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches

• Minimum several years of experience as a functional consultant on various SAP projects, specifically with a logistics background (SAP TM, SAP YL, SAP EWM)
• Proven track record of successfully implementing multiple projects as a SAP Consultant (preferably with expertise in SAP TM) and/or in an SAP Architect or similar role
• Ability to design business processes in SAP solutions that align technology with the business needs of an organization, especially in S/4HANA
• Well-established expertise in system integration matters, example: between SAP S/4HANA TM and SAP BNL platform
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft package, with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
• Demonstrated curiosity in exploring new solutions, solving complex technical problems, and validating solutions
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
• A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
• A high level of attention to detail, commitment to standards, and delivery of quality in all tasks and projects; demonstration of exceptional accuracy and precision in their work, ensuring adherence to established standards and consistently delivering high-quality result
• Proficiency in both strong B2 or C1 level Polish and English (fluent spoken and written communication in both languages, suitable for an international work environment)
• An active Category B driving license
• Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 20-30% of the time
• An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment

• Practical experience in working with SAP GTS and SAP BNL
• Comprehension of one or more business sectors
• Practical experience with integration SAP systems with other external systems or applications (e.g. Trans.eu)
• Gained official certifications from SAP
• Ability to showcase SAP functionalities and advancements customized to fulfill prospective client requirements
• Proficiency in business-level German would be advantageous
