While most of our collaboration happens online, we are part of international projects, so occasional business travel to client sites (within or outside the EU) may be required.
Role & responsibilities
- Working in the SAP Consulting Department as a SCM SAP logistics module consultant – SAP TM / YL / EWM
- Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems as a functional consultant
- Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users, especially focused on logistics and transportation area
- Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
- Assisting less experienced consultants in addressing their daily challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches
- Actively participating in project meetings, fostering team collaboration and client satisfaction
- Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements
- Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication on daily basis
What is expected of you
- 3–8 years of experience in SAP projects within logistics and transportation, working as a functional consultant (SAP TM, EWM, YL) or in a comparable role
- Strong hands-on experience as a functional consultant with solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in SAP TM / EWM / YL (must have), preferable including integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Experience in working closely with business stakeholders, particularly in organizations with complex logistics structures, including requirements gathering and process analysis
- Proven experience in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing SAP solutions, preferably including at least 1–2 (or more) full implementation cycles/rollouts of SAP TM or EWM and YL
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, slicers, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a consulting mindset and business-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
- Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Business-fluent English, with proven experience working in an international environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (approximately 20–30%)
- Open and flexible attitude toward working in an international and culturally diverse environment
Nice to have
- Good knowledge and practice of ABAP programming language
- Additional languages such as Polish, German, or French are a strong advantage but not a requirement
