Recap of the SAP Sapphire Barcelona Event
The three-day SAP Sapphire event in Barcelona, held from June 11th to June 13th, concluded successfully, and we are excited to share the highlights with you!
Day 1: Engaging Connections
The event commenced on the evening of June 11th with two key activities: Partner Connect and Customer Connect. These sessions provided an excellent opportunity for partners and customers to network, accompanied by champagne and hors d’oeuvres.
Later that evening, we had the pleasure of dining with our customers at one of the best tapas restaurants in Barcelona. This setting allowed us to strengthen our professional connections and get to know our clients on a more personal level. Such interactions are invaluable, as they emphasize the human aspect behind every company. The delightful atmosphere, exceptional food, and fine wine provided a perfect respite from the fast-paced conference activities.
Day 2: Unveiling Innovations
Starting the second day, customers were invited to explore the partners’ floor, engaging with booths and kiosks of interest. The day began with a keynote from Christian Klein, SAP’s CEO, who discussed leveraging SAP to enhance business capabilities, focusing on Business AI, Joule, Generative AI, and cloud solutions.
Throughout the day, we had numerous opportunities to interact with both existing customers and new prospects visiting our kiosk. The evening featured a grand celebration at Barceloneta beach, where SAP transformed several bars into vibrant networking hubs. One standout was a bar transformed into an iceberg, requiring attendees to don puffy jackets and gloves – a truly memorable experience, showcasing SAP’s creative flair.
Day 3: Future Insights and Key Takeaways
The final day kicked off with a keynote by Christian Klein and Julia White (CMSO, SAP), joined by various partners. They highlighted how SAP harnesses Generative AI across its portfolio and collaborates with leading organizations to revolutionize business operations and enhance end-user experiences.
We also explored the Central Showcase area, where SAP’s interactive stands demonstrated the transformative power of their solutions. One innovative feature allowed us to create NFC cards with our names, continuing our SAP journey by revealing how their solutions impact the world.
The event concluded with an inspiring keynote by Toto Wolff, CEO of Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team. He shared insights on merging racing and business acumen to build a successful career.
Despite the unusually rainy weather in Barcelona, the event was a resounding success. We are grateful to our clients who joined us and everyone who visited our stand to learn more about our business.
