SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking an SAP Solution Architect to join our SAP Consulting Department. We expect excellent self-organization, consultative thinking, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the SAP Architect should be adept at navigating the business management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share knowledge, including expertise in technical areas.

Responsibilities

  • Working as SAP Architect in our Consulting Department and providing strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business customers in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures
  • Engaging in projects for SAP system implementation and maintenance in logistics within Poland and the EU
  • Engaging in pre-sales activities as a technical expert, sharing your expertise in the integration domain
  • Collaborating with fellow functional consultants, business users and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
  • Assisting other consultants in addressing their challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches
  • Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and fostering of process and a culture of continuous improvements

Experience and Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in various SAP projects as a Functional Consultant, with a logistic background in modules such as TM, GTS, or related, and three years as an SAP Architect or in a similar role, demonstrating a proven record of successful project implementations
  • Ability to design business processes in SAP solutions that align technology with the business needs of an organization
  • Well-established expertise in system integration matters and SAP S4/HANA solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
  • A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
  • A high level of attention to detail, commitment to standards, and delivery of quality in all tasks and projects; demonstration of exceptional accuracy and precision in their work, ensuring adherence to established standards and consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in both strong B2 or C1 level Polish and English (fluent spoken and written communication in both languages, suitable for an international work environment)
  • An active Category B driving license
  • Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 20% of the time
  • An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment

Nice to have

  • Comprehension of one or more business sectors
  • Practical experience with a cloud platform such as Azure
  • Gained certifications from SAP
  • Ability to showcase SAP functionalities and advancements customized to fulfill prospective client requirements
  • Proficiency in business-level German would be advantageous
