Role & responsibilities
- Supporting SAP projects throughout different phases of delivery for ERP project
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities
- Organizing meetings, workshops, follow-ups, and maintaining action trackers
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, presentations, and project plans and status updates
- Supporting Project Managers in tracking timelines, risks, issues, and overall project progress
- Assisting with resource planning, task coordination, and status reporting
- Building knowledge of SAP and business processes, particularly in logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain areas
- Supporting Project Managers in coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment across project teams
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy of project documentation and communication
- Supporting presales activities, including effort estimation, planning assumptions, and preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Using tools effectively to organize work and communicate project status, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent tools
- The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve occasional travel to client sites or participation in key workshops and events, accounting for approximately up to 20%-30% of your time
What we expect
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, consulting, business support, or a similar role
- Excellent command of Polish and English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in both domestic and international business environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, filtering, and advanced formulas
- Experience using project and task management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Interest in ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, IFS or similar), and business processes, with a willingness to build knowledge of SAP and implementation methodologies
- Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, including managers, business users, client teams, and technical specialists
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams in distributed and international environments
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment, where priorities and responsibilities may change based on client and business needs
- Confidence in administrative ownership, including documentation, meeting organization, follow-ups, reporting, and maintaining delivery discipline
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to learn quickly, understand business context, connect information across different areas, take ownership of assigned responsibilities and maintain a proactive approach to delivery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative approach
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare structured reports, presentations, and project updates for various stakeholder groups
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project needs in a dynamic consulting environment
- The role is primarily remote; however, openness to occasional visits to the office (which may be required) as well as business travel, when needed (up to 20% – 30% of the time), is expected
Nice to have
- Experience supporting presales activities, such as effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing processes
- Project management certifications such as SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid / waterfall methodologies
- Experience in a consulting, customer-facing, or project-based environment
