While most of our collaboration happens online, we are part of international projects, so occasional business travel to client sites (within or outside the EU) may be required.
Role & responsibilities
- Working in the SAP Consulting Department as a EWM SAP logistics module consultant
- Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP EWM systems
- Contributing to project meetings, sharing insights, and helping ensure smooth and successful project outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and addressing their unique needs
- Collaborating closely with other functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to deliver integrated solutions
- Working continuously with the implementation team and project stakeholders across different project phases
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and SAP solutions and writing documentation
- Configuring and enhancing SAP solutions in line with business needs and project scope
- Supporting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identifying improvement opportunities and proactively proposing process and system enhancements
- Providing guidance to junior consultants and sharing knowledge within the team
- Ensuring high-quality communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approx. up to 10-30% of your time
What is expected of you
- A minimum of three years of experience in various SAP projects as a functional SAP consultant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementation of SAP EWM
- In-depth understanding of core end-to-end SAP EWM business processes and integration with other SAP modules (such as TM, SD, MM) or third-party systems
- Prior experience in implementing several SAP projects, including the SAP EWM modules (preferably having experience of completing at least 2 full cycles of implementation of one of the modules)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders (with their needs) and technical consultants (ABAP developers)
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
- Experience in delivering or supporting end-user workshops and business presentations for stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas
- A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 or above) — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment – MUST HAVE
- Active driving license for passenger cars
Nice to have
- Fluency in any additional European language such as (Polish, German, French) is a strong asset
- Good knowledge of ABAP programming language
- Having an SAP EWM certification is considered a strong asset
