Role & responsibilities
- Working in our Consulting Department as an implementation project manager for ERP transformation initiatives (SAP)
- Being accountable for all key project management areas, including scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, progress tracking, risk management, successful delivery, and post-go-live stabilization
- Leading and coordinating workstreams between functional consultants, developers, business users, and client stakeholders
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear priorities and realistic plans
- Organizing and leading workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and governance routines
- Preparing project documentation, reports, meeting summaries, action trackers, timelines, and status updates
- Monitoring progress proactively, identifying blockers early, and driving practical resolutions
- Supporting presales activities, including effort estimation, planning assumptions, and preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Acting as a facilitator when needed to align teams, resolve ambiguity, and move decisions forward
- Providing support and guidance to less experienced colleagues and contributing to strong team delivery standards
- Using tools effectively to organize work and communicate status, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent tools
- The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in key workshops and events, accounting for approximately up to 20–30% of your time
What we expect
- Approximately 6+ years of overall project management experience, including at least 4 years of leading ERP implementation projects (SAP environment preferable)
- Successful leadership of at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementations with good understanding of all major delivery phases: business analysis, blueprint/design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Solid understanding of the SAP ERP ecosystem (SAP, MS Dynamics, IFS or similar), including project documentation, implementation methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate), and integration across modules and business areas
- Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, including executives, managers, operational users, junior client teams, and technical specialists
- Ability to manage both functional and technical teams in distributed and international environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into delivery plans and effectively engage with stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Experience supporting presales activities, such as effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations
- Confidence in administrative ownership: documentation, meeting organization, follow-ups, reporting, and maintaining delivery discipline
- Ability to learn quickly, understand business context, connect information across different areas, and take strong ownership with a reliable and accountable approach to delivery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative approach to team and project management
- Proficiency in task management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and working experience with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent command of Polish and English (C1 level), both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in a domestic and an international business environment
- The role is primarily remote; however, openness to occasional visits to the office (which may be required) as well as business travel, when needed (up to 20% – 30% of the time), is expected
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, warehousing, manufacturing, or related operational domains
- Exposure to SAP logistic modules such as TM, EWM, WM, MM, SD, GTS or equivalent areas in other ERP ecosystems
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid / waterfall methodologies
- Experience in consulting environments or fast-growing organizations
- Ability to mentor others and strengthen team capabilities beyond direct project responsibilities
