While most of our collaboration happens online, we are part of international projects, so occasional business travel to client sites (within or outside the EU) may be required.
Role & responsibilities
- Working as Senior SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer in our Consulting Department
- Engaging in projects for SAP system implementation and maintenance in logistics within Poland and the EU
- Collaborating with fellow functional consultants and business users on an ongoing basis
- Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
- Assisting other developers in addressing their daily programming challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches
- Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration
- Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements
- Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming programming obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication
What is expected of you:
- A minimum of five years of experience in various SAP projects as a Developer or in a similar role, demonstrating a proven record of successful project implementations
- Profound understanding of ABAP programming (syntax), backed by practical knowledge and hands-on experience
- Familiarity with technical frameworks such as TM – BOPF and PPF
- Experience in backend integration methods, including Proxy, IDOC, RFC, REST, and others
- Strong knowledge of printing form technologies and output configuration within various SAP frameworks
- Well-established expertise in system integration matters
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of team management methodologies, including agile approaches, team facilitation skills, and a focus on collaboration effectiveness
- A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
- Proficiency in both B2/C1 level Polish and English (fluent spoken and written communication in both languages, suitable for an international work environment)
- An active Category B driving license
- Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 20% of the time
- An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java)
- Knowledge and experience of PO/PI integration, SAP Cloud Integration, UI5
- Proficiency in business-level German would be advantageous
