A Year of Growth: VESLOG’s Integration Meeting
A few days back, VESLOG hosted a remarkable two-day integration meeting, gathering 42 of our amazing employees at the beautiful Remes Hotel in Opalenica. This event marked a significant milestone in the company’s journey, beginning with an internal conference titled ‘A Year of Growth.’ During this conference, VESLOG’s team discussed the year’s achievements, changes, and milestones, and outlined the future plans for each department. With a commitment to transparency, the company aimed to ensure that every member of the team was well-informed about the past, present, and future direction of the enterprise.
Following the conference, an exciting outdoor game was on the agenda, and the weather couldn’t have been more cooperative. Inspired by the principles of the popular reality show ‘Asia Express,’ this game demanded strong collaboration both within and between groups, strategic thinking, and logical problem-solving. The game not only showcased VESLOG’s ability to work as a cohesive team but also proved to be an immensely enjoyable and engaging activity for all participants.
After the game, participants had the opportunity to unwind during some free time. Whether it was taking a refreshing swim or engaging in leisurely conversations in the tranquil surroundings of Remes Hotel, everyone had a chance to relax and recharge.
As the first day drew to a close, an elegant dinner was planned, featuring a sumptuous spread of delicious food and drinks, accompanied by pleasant music, and even the possibility of dancing. It was a perfect way to celebrate the day’s successes and foster a sense of camaraderie among the team members.
The following day began with a refreshing breakfast, followed by a unique and soothing meditation session. This session featured a gong and bowls concert conducted by a music healer and the owner of Dom Dźwięku. Participants were invited to lay down under cozy blankets, closing their eyes as they were immersed in the enchanting sounds of these ancient instruments. It was a peaceful and introspective experience that provided a harmonious conclusion to the entire meeting.
What made this integration meeting especially meaningful was the opportunity to reunite with colleagues from various cities across Poland, as well as those from other countries such as Germany, Belgium, and Spain. Meeting and greeting in person after a period of virtual interactions was a cherished experience for all attendees. The sense of unity and connection that emerged from this event has left everyone eagerly anticipating future integration meetings.
Our commitment to fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment was not only evident in the content of the integration meeting but also in the genuine camaraderie and team spirit that flourished throughout the event.
