Recap of The December 2024 Integration Meeting
Recently, our team had the joy of coming together for a two-day event in the city where our main headquarters lies, Poznań. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect in person, with some of our colleagues traveling from various parts of Poland, while others flew in from Germany and Belgium.
On the first day, December 5th, we gathered at our Poznań office to collaborate and strengthen our teamwork. The atmosphere was pleasant, filled with energy and the buzz of productive discussions. Later that evening, everyone had the chance to unwind, with many exploring the magical Christmas Market in Poznań’s city center. The dazzling lights, festive decorations, and the comforting warmth of mulled wine or hot chocolate set the perfect tone for the holiday season.
The following day, Friday, our management team dedicated time to delve into key company topics and refine their communication strategies. At VESLOG, we believe in the power of continuous improvement, and this meeting was no exception. The intensive discussions led to meaningful outcomes that will undoubtedly propel VESLOG to new heights in the near future.

The day concluded with a delightful dinner accompanied by festive music. Our CEO, Greg Konieczka, delivered a short, yet heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude for everyone’s hard work and dedication throughout the year. The evening was filled with warmth and camaraderie, as we shared stories and laughter, embracing the holiday spirit. Moments like these remind us of the importance of our connections and how they enrich our teamwork and results.
It was a truly memorable event, and we’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to come together and celebrate our shared journey.
